技術(shù)說明：BEHLKE固態(tài)開關(guān)具有極高的上升和下降時(shí)間。如果您的應(yīng)用不需要完整的開關(guān)速度，我們建議您使用速度限制選項(xiàng)S-TT（上升和下降時(shí)間減慢約50％）與輸入低通濾波器選項(xiàng)LP結(jié)合使用。這些選項(xiàng)有助于最小化快速高壓脈沖電路典型的高頻困難（例如自振蕩或自重啟動(dòng)）并簡化EMC設(shè)計(jì)。
